The site was fine to use overall, but it felt a little frustrating at times. I really wish it had been easier and more straightforward to navigate

I’m pleased with it. The edges came out nice and clean, and the frame feels sturdy enough that I’m not worried about it once it’s on the wall. I put it up in my hallway right next to this little plant stand I keep meaning to replace, and it looks great there. Solid work overall

I made my poster in just a few minutes, what more could you ask for? The tool was simple to use, didn’t glitch or mess anything up, and made the whole process feel effortless.

I was really looking forward to getting this photo book, but it was a letdown. The pictures came out blurry, and the whole thing felt cheaper than I expected. I would not order it again.

The price dropped enough that I ended up adding a second smaller print too. Shipping wasn’t free for me, but even with that included, the total still felt reasonable.

I emailed customer service twice and... yeah, still didn’t get an actual answer. It’s really frustrating when you’re just trying to sort out something with an order and nobody properly responds. i don’t think I’d use them again.

Shipping is weird though, stuff gets tossed around, boxes have a rough day, who knows. I emailed them expecting a whole back-and-forth, but they replied really quickly and sent out a replacement without making it a thing. the damage was annoying, but the way they handled it made me feel a lot better about ordering from them again.
